Postmedia Network Inc. v. Named Persons, 2022 BCCA 431

The BCCA dismisses Postmedia’s appeals from orders of the BC trial court rejecting Postmedia’s attempt to vacate or vary prior orders made without notice to the media sealing the trial court file, imposing a publication ban and, most significantly, ordering the civil trial styled “Named Persons v. Attorney General of Canada” be conducted in camera.
