Senior Litigation Partner involved in corporate/commercial, contract and product liability litigation for over 30 years, including litigation related to labour and employment matters, expedited injunctive relief, judicial review, professional discipline and professional negligence matters with specialized areas of practice including media law and sports law. In particular, lead counsel on a number of precedent cases relating to departing employee injunctions, complex corporate/commercial contract cases, expert evidence disclosure, publication ban opposition, access to information, judicial review, malicious prosecution defence, summary judgment, among others.
