2017 Ad IDEM Freedom of Expression Writing Prize Winning Submission
Ad IDEM/Canadian Media Lawyers Association congratulates the winner of its 2017 writing prize for students writing on the topic of freedom of expression.
Manasin (Veenu) Goswami, a 2017 graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, received the $2,500.00 prize for his paper entitled “Malice, Motive and Honesty: Proposed Reforms to the Canadian Fair Comment Defence”.
